How to use:
1. Hold the foot file against the foot and in downward direction, scrap the dead hard skin
2. Keep scraping until all the area of the foot becomes smooth
3. Avoid using the foot file at tender areas
脚板锉使用方法：
①打一盆温水，里面最好加上粗盐，然后把你的脚脚放进去泡个10分钟以上。
②擦干，拿出挫脚板，把你觉得粗糙的地方挫啊挫，会有白色的屑屑掉下来，就是死皮拉～
③洗干净以后擦上护足霜（没有可用护手霜代替~），套上脚套或者保鲜膜包好，15分钟后拿掉，你会发现你的脚脚像婴儿般！
搓完死皮再擦上柠檬或薄荷的护足乳液，第二天早上就享受踩在云里的感觉。
